In the case of worn seals, even if you arenʼt able to identify the specific type of seal in advance, we can inspect the physical part and determine the required profile to replace it, and also specify the appropriate material to ensure compatibility with your system. Using our in-house design software and CNC seal machining centre we will create the required geometry, getting started on your job quickly by utilising our off-the-shelf stock of raw materials. In the case of standard parts, we will utilise our supply network and quickly source an affordable replacement directly.

Preventative maintenance is often key to sustaining your operation, and working to your specification we also provide seal kits for entire systems – allowing you to keep an inventory of spare parts at the ready for planned (and unplanned) shutdowns
3D Replacements
For customers with conveyor lines, we can machine or 3D print replacement wear strips, guides, clips etc. easily, and supply these to you quickly.
We can also machine mould tooling (press, injection, and transfer types), and general industrial replacement parts to improve operator capability, such as turned & milled knurled handles, covers, and tool housings etc. to organise assembly equipment.
