Since 2008, Cheshire Seals and Components have been operating in the Warrington area, proudly and independently manufacturing high-performance seals and engineered components.
Our aim is to provide an outstanding engineering and manufacturing service. Our customers’ requirements are always at the forefront of everything that we do, and we strive to ensure your products are on time, and to specification. We are proud to have built long lasting relationships with many of our customers and to continue to support them into the future. We began as a small private organisation, and we endeavour to maintain our personal service as we continue to grow.

With multi-axis CNC lathes and milling machines, along with a dedicated seal machining centre, we are equipped to manufacture parts ranging from one-off commissions to an industrial-scale production run.
Our advanced manufacturing and inspection equipment allow us to create high quality, high performance parts, and as an ISO9001:2015 accredited supplier we are backed by a robust Quality Management System, enabling us to provide both excellent quality assurance and responsive customer service.

At Cheshire Seals and Components, we firmly believe that a company is only as good as the people it employs. Our ethos has been established since our company was founded, and we have carried it forward as we have grown. We invest heavily in local apprenticeship schemes and programs, and we work closely with the local Technology College and its students to ensure that we are providing a sustainable and viable future for the next generation of skilled workers. We are very proud to work with and employ those in our local community and we will continue to advance our apprenticeship programme in the future.

We have years of experience machining an unparalleled range of raw materials, from plastics and elastomers through to highly specialist exotic metal alloys. Our wealth of experience and knowledge allows us to provide our clients with an exceptional and bespoke service. We have established a trusted network of reputable engineering firms, allowing us to provide a wide range of secondary services for your product. We typically supply products in the finished condition, with specialist heat treatments and surface coatings already applied, ready for immediate use.
